If Kiffin leaves for SF does that help us get the OL recruit Chidi back on board?

Not sure if anyone saw that DB Rashard Causey a 3*(6'0", 185lbs) decommitted from FAU and said that the Vols and Dawgs lead. 247 doesn't have UGA as even offering him so i'm not sure if he's a fall-back in case Donte Jackson picks LSU or what...

I think we take Kareem Orr first. May even take him regardless of what Jackson does

New Rivals rankings out, no doubt if TT was uncommitted and considering Bama or FSU he would have moved up and probably never dropped to begin with. Rivals seems to be trying to be the worst of the 4 services.

In the end of the day it doesn't matter, TT is a Dawg and a beast, but it's unfair and the lack of consistency in their factors of their rankings is pitiful.

I'm kind of late to the discussion on this point but, after looking at videos of all of our DE/OLB recruits, this is an amazing class at that position. I think all of these guys will contribute and Pruitt will substitute to maximize their talents. Comparing them to the 2015 field, I wouldn't trade a single one for other top recruits.

If we can shore up MLB, the front 7 will be strong for several years. I would like to have signed another big defensive tackle in this class. I know Pruitt likes them smaller, but it's nice to have that anchor in the middle. A bit more depth on the 300+ pounders would be preferable, IMO.

All of the ranking services have bias. Right now 247 is the flavor of the day, but some of their writers are little more than recruiters for their chosen team. It's always been that way for every single publication.

Kareem Orr getting quite a few CBs to Arizona State today. Good guys got a CB for Arden Key this morning as well. Going to be an interesting finish with him.

ETA: Haha damn, Dallas beat me

I'm just not high on Key. That kid seems to be ALL over the place and has been for several months now.

I see that CMR is doing an in home with Prince.

And apparently we're doing an in home with Jackson tomorrow?

Talk about full court press.

I think D'Andre Walker's commitment ended any shot Key has at UGA. We got the guy we wanted and Key's options are dwindling. Probably end up at South Carolina. The Auburn writer is just stirring the pot re Georgia's class.

If Key wants to come to UGA, the coaches will absolutely accept. We're not going undersign anymore.

Big difference between undersigning and oversigning at one position. We have bigger needs than another WDE/OLB. I'll be surprised if we take Key unless Walker or McCrae
decommits.

It would be foolish to turn down a player as talented as Key. Georgia has room to fill needs and get him.

We wouldn't be wasting time on Key right now If we didn't want him. If Key chooses UGA, no way we don't accept it. USC sites were reporting that Key was up to around 240ish before he decommitted, which means that once he gets in a college weight program he could potentially get up to the 270-280 range and play DE. Besides, if he doesn't bulk up, after this year we're losing Floyd and Jenkins and likely Carter the following year so we need to recruit the shite out of our OLB spot.
