So i'm going to assume Van Jefferson isn't an EE and he will be up in the air until NSD...

I hope so. If not it's because he would have enrolled early at OM in two weeks

Ole Miss is obviously really good at selling a bill of goods. If he's dead set on being an EE then it's over with us I guess.

I can't really blame the kid for not wanting to enroll without being sure of who the OC will be. I just hope he does wait to sign on NSD

Donte Jackson

“Everybody expects me to go to LSU,” Jackson told the AJC. “But if I was going there, I’d be committed. It’s not that hard to just commit. But I think every team has a chance to get me, and I don’t think LSU stands above the others just because they are the home team.”

Donte on UGA: “I like everything about Georgia. That’s the team that probably needs me the most. I feel that all the coaches pitch in and help recruit me. I definitely feel wanted. There’s a lot of players (from UGA) who call and text me, so I definitely feel that they want me.”
Donte on LSU: “It’s really just a family there. All the players and all the coaches are cool, and stuff like that. It’s fun there every time I go up there.”
Donte on USC: “I like everything about USC – from the campus to the coaches to the players. I like the tradition they have for putting guys in the NFL, along with their tradition of winning. They are coming off sanctions, so every guy has to play.”

I went to high school with his coach. he won't say one way or the other, but he led me to believe Donte would be at LSU if he had to pick today. His 2 best friends being committed to LSU will make it tough for the Dawgs

Thats unfortunate. He would be a great addition to this class.

I can't imagine that losing their DC helps, however.

If we do miss it sure as hell ain't gonna be cause we got out-worked or lazy... Still think he's 60-40 LSU but we seem to have done everything we could, so good luck to the kid if he picks LSU...

I think we had more EE's than we can count back already anyway. Doesn't matter tho, anyone who can get get in a spring practice EE or not has a leg up on the guys showing up in July...
