Yeah I was talking more about the practice videos of him covering wideouts and he got beat a few times..i think Barton Simmons had a few of them. Receiver juked him and he almost fell down IIRC..

We need guys that can snatch Ramsey's throws out the air and that catch shows Slayton is that guy

Hot damn, that's a great catch. I see him listed as a CB/WR on 247. Do we know which side of the ball he will be playing for UGA or is that yet to be decided?

turn their complete attention to Arden Key for that spot in my opinion

Huggins is gone. Arden Key is 50/50 at this point. Hope we can sway him

I think Key is a little more than 50/50 at this point. If he gets his scores back, I think he ends up at UGA.

Yeah, if a committed recruit says it's 50/50 with another school, it's pretty doubtful that it's actually 50/50

I was thinking the saaaame thing. Seems like we are trending for him and he sees the opportunities on our DL.

Key will be a Dawg if he makes the needed scores. Remaining committed to USCe is a contingency plan at this point.

fuu......ck ...... ...... ..... There were 5 commits that were absolutely essential to next year's success. Paris was one of them. He was going to be our starting LT for the next 2 years...this is a huge fricking blow. We are 6 days away from JUCO signing day. Coach Elliott was scheduled to do an in home with Paris and his family tonight, they texted him and told him not to bother coming and he decommits. Last week the whole penn st staff went to see him.... How did we lose a recruit to penn st? they are a shitty program and doing even worse than us this season? This makes no fricking sense. They were awful this year. They were so bad. Palmer was going to come in and start for us next year, psu has a RS Soph and a RS Jr starting for them next year.... What a complete fail in recruiting...if you don't want to read anything disparaging about our coaches, don't read past this point. Spurrier Jr is the worst recruiting coordinator we've had that I can remember. He got the job in '11 after Beamer left. Our 12, 13, and 14 classes weren't anywhere on par with our Top 10 rankings we were earning on the field. Now he is letting the 15 class fall completely apart. This is the 2nd 4* OT we've lost in a 6 weeks, and Palmer was the most important OT recruit out of all of them. Murdock, Thomas, J. Barnes, M. Barnes, Hill, Clement, Lecorn, Scruggs, Gurley, Alshon, Sanders, Roland, Fuller, Cooper, Davidson, Googer, Samuel. These are the 4* WR's Bubba has had his 10 year period. From Murdock to Sanders, only 3 of the 11 got to play Pro ball and were playing college ball in a Spurrier offense. Bubba nor Spurrier scheduled an in home with Paris Palmer this month, during his JUCO signing period. Spurrier is only taking 3 visits this month, after telling the world and the recruits he was leaving in 2-3 years...are you serious? Elliott.....this is the 2nd 4* OT he's lost in 6 weeks....He went from the strongest recruiter on the team, to a weak link now. I have no idea what's going on with him. Does he feel too safe in his job? The OL had 3 PreSeason All SEC Selections, and finished the season with 1...doesn't sound safe to me. He better have some major fricking coup/flip in the works. I could let this run too long, but I'm pissed about the piss poor effort in recruiting these past 6 weeks. We've lost 3 commits. jaire Alexander was a good player, we lost him to a shitty Louisville team. Austin Clark could have been a great OT for us in 2-3 years, we lost him to a shittier va-tech team. Palmer was going to be a fricking starting LT for us next year, we lost him to a school that can't play in the post season b/c their coach raped kids.....are you fricking serious.....?!?!??!?!!? Bubba needs to relinquish the Recruiting Coordinator position right now, immediately. He isn't doing a great job, hasn't done shite in 3 years, he's having a hard enough time coaching our WR's. Elliott needs a come to Jesus talk from someone, what the hell is going on with him, why are his kids flipping? Spurrier needs to play less golf and take less time off and decide if he really has his heart in this and wants to actually win an SEC. If he's just going through the motions, not calling plays anymore and doesn't want to recruit, then it's best for both parties that he moves on. ETA I thought I was done, and vented, but I'm still pissed. The only reason Bubba got that job is b/c of his dad. The only reason he got Recruiting Coordinator is b/c of his dad. The only reason he would been kept around 10 years and have produced such marginal results is b/c his dad wouldn't fire him. Bubba needs to do his dad a favor and find somewhere else to coach. Money and blood don't mix like two dicks and no bitch, you find yourself in serious shite. You can't make business decisions when family is involved.

Recent CIYE melt on the USC recruiting board after losing another OT. Just wait till Fields or Key decommits.

Need to keep going hard after Fields. USCe is really unstable right now. Apparently he's really close to their DB coach, who I think will probably get canned after the bowl, but even if he doesn't get fired, the uncertainty there should help us.

Now that right there is a fine melt. Be nice if we could add to it.

Does this rule out any possibility of Jefferson flipping at this point.

Huggins to Clemson as previously thought. It's sad when a parent chooses where their kid will go to school versus letting the kid decide where they want to go. Good luck to him though.
