Per Rusty at 247, he has long said that some tough decisions are coming for this staff to make in order to go after guys higher on our boards. It appears that this may be one of them. Christian Owens is an EE and will enroll with USC as they have more spots readily available to them for him to do so right now. UGA is looking to get more Defensive players to EE right now and that may have been part and parcel to this decision by Owens.
Great kid and I wish him nothing but the best going forward. I just hope he doesn't have too much success against UGA.

I think Huggins' interest in Georgia has been understated. I think Clemson's the clear favorite but wouldn't be shocked at all if Georgia got him like some people would.

TBD. Need a HS ILB (R Smith), JUCO ILB, and DBs. Could use another edge rusher, OL, and Slayton/another elite receiver. Huggins is a bit of a luxury, but one we really want.

It's Douglas, though apparently Jake Rowe mentioned another guy by the name of Treston Decoud who is also 6'3.
As for Huggins, I think it is incredibly telling that he has been considered such a Clemson lean this whole time but he has not yet made an OV or committed. I think we're starting to get down to brass tacks and Owens won't be the last guy that is asked to jump ship. Sweat, Roquan, Huggins, and Slayton inbound. McFadden in our sites. shite's about to get durty.
