Webster signed and Green has yet to make his announcement. But Green didn't OV to us so it's a USCe-USCe battle for the hats on his table.

So, I see that Christian Miller is listed as not having signed his LOI yet. Is there any chance this Evans committment could throw him and he could chose someone else?

I would give us a slim chance if he had visited. No visit means no freaking way IMO. He has been all Bama for a long time.
