If Knowshon didn't teach us that lesson, nothing will. You don't redshirt RBs who you think can play in the NFL unless they're injured

I get the idea that JJ is moving positions and that Douglas will move to FB (idk if he's good at that but maybe) and or just be a short yardage back.

I think J.J. Green could have a great future as a slot receiver and return man. He's just got a great feel for the game with ball in his hands. He's too small to stay at tailback longterm, imo, in any role bigger than a change-of-pace scatback
I think Douglas depends on how much he bulks up and how quickly the freshmen and Turman pass him on the depth chart, assuming they do. I think he could be a great fullback, especially as more of a playmaking option at that position.

I really like the guy but I agree. He's got to go. If you can't recruit, you can't win. There's no excuse for not being able to recruit this state. None.
