Does it surprise anyone that it's a Kiffin that is in charge of Ole Miss' recruiting and there are questions about it?? Could be the slimiest family out there.

What's going on with this mystery recruit? Kipp tweets that and then its been just silence for the past hour....
wishful thinking has me leaning towards kamara, but i've heard a few sources say the DT rumor as well.
even if its not true, its at least fun to still have something relevant to our class to follow.

Tell why we signed this 2 star RB, Brendan Douglas? Is he unknown diamond or did we have not confidence in getting one of the better known RB's?

Probably mainly for depth. And if you check his highlight reel, you wouldn't think he's a 2 star. Consider that we only have Marshall/Gurley as RBs right now...after that we're down to walkons. We need bodies - and he end up being very good (at RB or FB).

Rivals now has Georgia out of the top 10 for this recruiting class at #12. Bad sign. We have more 3 stars than 4 stars and zero 5 stars: 15 4 stars and 17 3 stars. Meanwhile Ole Miss at #7 has three 5 stars....

Kids fall through the cracks every year. Texas A&M DE Damontre Moore was a 2 star in HS who only had "scrub school" offers. A&M took a chance on him and he ends up a sure fire top 5 NFL Draft pick. You have to take some chances in order to win sometimes.
