went out the window the day he transferred out of Troup Co.

This. No matter what the AU and OM fans are giving me hell for on the recruiting board, Foster had informed our coaching staff of his intentions to come to UGA at least twice w/ the last time coming in the summer before the news of his transfer.

Ever since the transfer, we have been on the outside looking in, but spending hours upon hours recruiting him like we still have a legitimate shot.

I don't know if I should be ecstatic about the effort of the coaching staff or depressed that they were focused on the wrong recruit.

Just FYI, Jake Rowe, Kipp Adams, and Radi Nabulsi all still believe that UGA pulls Montravious Adams.

I hear we are in danger of losing Adams, what's up with that? Thought he was solid to us.

i'm convinced that either georgia's boosters need to start spending or we need to invest in augmenting richt's brain with saban/harbaugh copies

Is it my imagination or is there more flakiness in recruiting than ever before? Sure...there's always been the usual b.s., the recruits who don't know what the word "commit" means...all of that... And scum like the now forgotten "all world" receiver who switched to UT when Daddy convinced them to offer best friend/4th string QB a scholly... That kind of stuff has always been part of the deal.

But this year, seems we've seen more of it than ever. You can mark the start with Henry...the kid is supposedly UGA all the way his whole life and through his junior year...then all of a sudden, "Well, I committed too early." Since then, just one FLAKE after another. Mustafa..(Oklahoma State...uh...okay). Foster...who will be lucky to stay in ANY school, whether Auburn, UGA, or elsewhere... Brown...oh yeah..we didn't give him a 100% guarantee that he'll be a tackle...when the dude weighs about 360 lbs. (Can you blame us)? Priester...another inexplicable Clemson pull (seriously...why would someone choose Clemson over ANY of the top three or four SEC schools?)...now Tunsil...a great shot to start or at least play heavily at LT at UGA...now to Ole Miss on a triple-deal??

Seriously...this stuff is out of hand... People like to say, "They're 18-year-olds." But I'm not sure if that's the problem. Half of them are dumb as hell, and the system just can't police itself of corruption...(i.e., the programs).

Uggh.. Maybe it's the Internet...

I'd be surprised if we got foster... but happy. I'd also be surprised if he stays committed and signs with whoever he commits to tonight.
