What is the process of actually being able to offer a scholarship to his random SO? I know it's probably just a loophole in the system but how do they go about doing it? Just curious. Do they give her some bullshite job in the athletic dept and that enables her to be offered a scholarship to attend school there or something?

Well, I think that's the problem the rest of the school woudl be taking umbrage with. Freeze is running around offering shite he has no real ability to offer which is putting the school in a tight spot, not to mention making them look bad
