Admittedly I devoted a substantial amount of my night to #LexingtonPoliceScanner, but apparently Nick Glass is coming this weekend and hanging out with Branden Smith and Damien Swann per twitter.
ETA: Along w/ Demarre Kitt, both 2014 recruits...and very good ones.

He's mentioned April 11, the day after college players can recant their intentions to turn pro (as long as they haven't hired an agent)

The date doesn't seem to support us, but it appears as if he's at least giving us strong consideration. Plus, his reasoning behind the announcement date is to announce in front of family and friends at Miller Grove, Not necessarily to see what underclassmen are turning pro. There's a lot in our favor, I just won't believe it until I see it.

Kansas/UGA battle is what I've heard.

Definitely not holding out any hope for this one. If I were him I'd go to a school where the students actually care about basketball. You can't underestimate playing in front of a sold out crowd every night. That's just not Athens.

It could be. We proved under Harrick that if the team is winning people will show up. I think we sold out every home game under Jim. People in Athens are starving for good basketball and will gladly show up, they just get tired of 1 year of good basketball followed by long stretches of bad.
If TP came here (with 2 of his teammates ftr, which certainly helps us a lot) to go along with KCP, Nema, and some other solid pieces, we can turn into a solid product. I know it's the ultimate chicken/egg dilemma, but if he came here and we got on a roll, people would show up in droves.

Oh I absolutely agree that if he came the students would show up and the place would be packed. But that's just one of the things we didn't have to offer on his visits. All of the other schools were able to show that night in and night out their arenas are packed. Whereas we had to say, "If you come here...".

Apparently Kitt's father put his foot down, or that is what it seems. Most likely just a temporary thing as he told him to sleep on it or talk it over with the family.
