I'm going to go out on a limb and say we land an Offensive Line class that looks like this:
OT- DeVondre Seymour
OT- Shamire DeVine
OT- Delando Crooks
OG/OC- Brandon Kublanow
OG- Jeremi Hall
If we offer, we'll also add JUCO OL Trenton Brown and I also think we have as good a shot as anyone with Tunsil due to the fact that he and Henry are close friends and Henry has stayed in his ear about joining him at UGA.
That'd a stellar OL class, just hope we can do the same with ILB and DB.

Im with you, I have a hard time believing we miss out on either Seymour or Kublanow and it looks like we've made Crooks and Devine priorities. Admittedly, I don't know much about Hall. It would be huge to land Tunsil if we somehow pulled that off.
And FWIW, I'm pretty sure WR Ahmad Fulwood named us in his early top 5.
ILB - confident we land Johnny O'Neal. We REALLY need to flip Foster. I assume we offer Nigel Bowden? Plus, I could see CTG taking a bigger safety and moving him inside ala Ogletree, but that wont help much in 2013 and we'll need help immediately.

Last I'd heard is that the kid could likely sign an LOI with us sometime this week

The staff is on vacation until Wednesday, but I think he gets an offer Wednesday or Thursday and he'll probably sign shortly after that. I'd expect 2 or 3 offers to unsigned prep/juco guys to fill out the class. Roshaun Milline might be a sign and place guy.

What about that kid outta Bowdon?

Askew? I think he's a pure RB; we may evaluate him on D, but he's a little short and might not be what we're looking for. Milline, from Baldwin, would be a lock for an offer (and would've signed on NSD) if his grades were in order.

I like his tape. Of course I would look good against Wesleyan.

A little off topic, but did anyone see that Jack in Box introduced a Bacon milkshake? Ok that's A LOT off topic, but still...i'm intrigued.

Milline is a D1 athlete for sure. He's a ball hawk with good coverage skills, but he's by no means SEC ready right now. He should develop into a very good Corner, but will likely have to go JUCO. He probably would've been offered during the season but there was no way he was going to qualify.

I work with Baldwin HS students. This is the sad truth for the majority of the male population in regards to respectable colleges. Most are lucky to graduate

Before the hope that is the way most of the state was. Why not just stay eligible for sports? Mama and Daddy cant afford to send me to school and no one comes to (fill in the blank South GA Town). The talent is south GA is always really good. But the brains...not so much

It's just kind of the culture around here. Milledgeville in particular is in a pretty shite state job-wise, so the prevailing sentiment outside of the GCSU kids is basically "frick it"

My GF went to GCSU for her first 2 years. Couldnt wait to get the hell out of there and into Athens

Tray Matthews said UGA will get a commitment on Friday. I'd expect it to be Wiggins as he visits on Friday.

That would be huge. I like his tape a bunch and we havent had the best of luck with Sandy Creek kids as of late.
