It would be a hell of a lot more convenient for me to do that but the prices I shopped around were much cheaper to just drive to ATL and fly from there. I still haven't booked any flights though. I'm waiting til they get around $300. The last I looked they were at like $500 and that's ridiculous. I flew from ATL to Phoenix, Wichita, and Denver from 08-10 and never paid more than about $300.

Apparently Hines Ward is on campus right now...maybe for job?
That coordinator position to maintain connections to high school coaches would be dynamite for Hines...

I just booked Southwest out of Bham and I paid 227 for a round trip ticket. I live in ATL but I will drive over and stay with a friend in order to fly for that cheap.

Ward was dressed like a damn coach out there today.
The big hold up I'd have with Ward is that he hasn't coached before. He'd be great on the recruiting trail and he has a ton of knowledge about the position, but that doesn't always equate to being able to develop players. Ball is guy who has developed some very good players (Our RBs were great under him and he's done a great job with our current crop of WRs), and has done a decent job out on the trail. I'd be really happy to have Hines coaching at UGA, but that's my biggest question about him.

FWIW Crispy, Tomlin wanted to promote Ward to staff as an offensive quality coach for a year and promote him to WR coach, he is supposedly a VERY great teacher to the younger WR's, so IMHO it would be a slam dunk hire
