Considering our early season player suspensions (Commings, Ogletree, Rambo, & Smith), we'll be fielding a team w/ FCS-like scholarship numbers the first coupla weeks...

Thing is, we can play all 5 and Herrera or redshirt a few. I know Ranking is an EE. Do you know if Carter, O'Neal, or Kimbrough would qualify?

Overall, the number blow major donkey dick. However, at least the attrition has been at positions like ILB and RB where we're well endowed

O'Neal and Carter are not EE's to my knowledge. Kimbrough is a possibility, but I'm not sure. Rankin, as you said, is and EE and has made straight A's throughout High School. I'm really high on that kid.

What's the general feeling on the TM/RF situation on y'all's side right now?

According to some other sites, Tray has been in AU a whole lot more than most people know and a lot of our insiders still feel good about Foster.

That being said, Dawg Nite has me worried.

Hard to sugarcoat it Tyler...we're in a bind. Gonna be a miracle to pull this off with these numbers... FWIW I hope you're right...

My biggest concern is Fall Camp... HTF are we gonna get ready for the SEC grind with 65-68 scholly players...

I can keep telling myself that richt will get over that hump but I just don't believe that. Hell, I can see 9-3. But 10-2 sound right.

I would say our side is very confident on TM and RF right now. I just can't see tray flipping from his dream school and a starting spot as a freshman. Kamara is also supposedly part of the package, and I don't feel like AU is really in play there

Nothing better than a hollow year and no way to purify the program. Here's to hoping I'm wrong

Why are we in meltdown mode over a 3rd string ILB? Because he was gonna be such a great special teams player? We suck at special teams anyways. So who cares. Just means more PT for RFr and Fr this year on special teams.

If kids dont want to be in athens, then I dont want them here. Best of luck Burrows. Please exit the state.

It's been confirmed that he's been seen practicing at RB...nothing official from the staff, but it'd be at least a good move to see how he does for a couple of snaps against Buffalo.
