The Disney culture is weird. So Cal has plenty of people who go to Disneyland *every day*. They know all of the people who work there by name, can recite all of the ride intros and such verbatim, etc.

That you know this scares me.

Traffic in and around Atlanta makes me want to commit suicide.

I rank Atlanta and its suburbs 1-10.

That's an ATL comment personified, right there.

Were you also shocked that people weren't fricking their sisters and grunting on porches when they weren't out choppin baca or burnin crosses. Holy shite..

Man you sure take things to the extreme quickly.

My comment wasn't from a place of "omg I'm surprised they have buildings and people walking erect outside of 285", it was more of "I haven't been to columbus in years and it's built up and nicer than I remembered it being".

Yeesh.

I grew up in Valdosta and couldn't wait to leave. So boring people would drive to Albany to go to the mall.

It's actually comical Savannah is even on this list. I could find a shitty area in any part of any city, but people travel from all over the country to visit savannah, and really enjoy it. Plenty of people prefer it to charleston.

Count me in...Charleston is a shite hole compared to Savannah...when you add in the frickers from the NE who retire in the Charleston area there ain't a much worse place on the SE coast....other than a 15 block area Charleston is a 3rd world country...worse than New Orleans almost...and when you add in the fact that it is in South fricking Carolina it ain't even close...

This is awesome! The only way I could’ve buried a seed of ATL shame any deeper into your brain…. would of been to crack your head open with a shovel and jam it in there with my fingers..

And look at the crops that keep growing from it. Ama

That's only a little creepy. The only want you could have enjoyed this any more is if Jefferson was on the list.

So Folly beach is a "3rd world country" this is beyond delusional.Did you just put Charlston in the same sentence as New Orleans?I realy don't mind Savannah but its just not in same league as Charleston as far as real estate, restaurants and the over all quality of the people who live there.

The same can be said of New Orleans but its the last place Id ever want to live.

Savannah at 2? our crime is rising but there's about 100 small towns like Edan and Ellabell crawling with more crime, poverty, drugs, pretty much everything hated.

Folly beach ain't in Charleston any more than Winterville is in Athens...but folly beach is about like Jacksonville beach...pretty shitty...

I lived in Charleston about 14 years ago and I would much rather deal with Savannah trash than displaced old angry yankees who have retired to Charleston. If you gonna put up with that shite you might as well move to south florida where at least the fishing is good...I can't think of a single redeeming thing about the entire South Carolina Coast...it is basically new jersey without the fishing.....

I've worked in both Charleston and Savannah quite a bit. They both have high crime areas, but both have a lot of good attributes. My opinion is that the restaurants are better in Charleston. Both cities have a lot of charm and history. They have so many similarities, calling one a "shitehole" is calling the other the same.

People hating on Augusta have probably only been to Washington Rd during the Masters.

Columbia County is great, and it's the fastest growing county in GA with the #1 school district.

Our greenway is perfect. The canal is awesome and full of paddle boarders and kayaks on any given day. We are right on the river, and the lake is right down the road if you want sandy beaches and boat time.

For those who haven't visited in awhile, downtown is coming around too. It's had a resurgence of late with a lot of great restaurants and bars.

We also have an incredible trail system for mountain biking, hiking, or trail running.

It's growing fast but yeah without having numbers in front of me it's hard to imagine it's growing faster than areas in Atlanta.
