I know things are crazy in this conference this year with all the teams beating each other up any given Saturday. But honestly I think this is how it should be I just hope we don’t kill our chances of getting worthy teams into the playoffs.

The SECCG means a lot to me but I noticed other fans not so much they would rather be in the playoffs.

To me the SECCG is better than a natty

Personally I love it. Iron sharpens iron. I would much rather play Georgia, Florida, Bama, than Oklahoma State, Iowa State and Baylor.

It’s a line of scrimmage league…just like I was hoping for. That said, I’m most excited about a SEC slate for baseball.

Loving it. Enjoying every game and finding it harder to watch games from other conferences anymore.

I think Texas was the most prepared of the 2 teams coming into the SEC but I do understand OU was depleted of players due to injuries as well.

In the Big12 you sort of knew what to expect in the SEC you never know.

Middle of the pack or even the bottom can take you out if you look past them.

aTm it took them a little while to fit in now I would hate to see them leave a great addition to the SEC and fun to watch them fused with LSU non stop.

I like their stadium and game day. Tailgating
Just wish they would dump the yell squad because it really does look gay and besides Texas has plenty of beautiful girls that can cheer lead.

I am looking forward to yall play each other.
We have only gotten to play them a few times hopefully that will change soon.
Odd that Ga has never played them at college station since joining

From a teams point of view I like it a lot. Georgia coming into DKR is so much more impactful than Baylor. It draws eyes to the program and that's great. I hate the ESPN+ vs LHN aspect. I used to watch almost every basketball game on cable with no buffering or ESPN streaming bullsh*t. I hate ESPN's streaming (app/PC/SmartTV it's all bad.)

Will that get better in the future? I'd like to think so but kinda doubt it.

It is a great conference with really good teams. Hoping we can finish well and the conference does well in the first 12 team playoff.

I know everything is different and you all really don’t know what to expect in this conference.
But don’t either lol
Especially this year it’s been crazy and I love it.
Honestly I’m glad to have yall here it makes it more interesting:
I was happy when aTm joined it took them a little while to settle in but they have been a solid 8 win team since joining which isn’t bad in this conference.
I have been following football since the late 80’s
Have seen many teams rise and fall especially us lol
Heupel has done a great job turning us around hopefully he gets us back to the very top again.
I am looking forward to a Tenn Tex rivalry
Our states are bound in blood.
Even the Volunteer name is related to Texas.
These next couple of weeks are going to be exciting.
Good luck

Iron does in fact not sharpen iron. To sharpen raw metal it must encounter a substance that is harder than itself.

I honestly thought it would be harder but we are on the cusp of winning the conference.

Just a bit of sarcasm in that post.

Crowds and venues are great.

I love SEC. It’s helped our recruiting and the rabid fan bases across the league has made the games much more interesting for our fan base.

This has been by far the most entertaining season of Texas football since 05, and that was because the 04 season showed the following year could be special...and it was.

I"m sure after we get a few seasons under our belt some weeks will seem pretty ho-hum, but this season even the early season cupcakes had some extra excitement since Quinn got injured and Arch had to take over for a couple games.
