Would you support the Aggie Dance Team on the sidelines at football games

They'd be dressed as cheerleaders and wouldn't take anything away from the yell boys. They'd just do choreographed dances every once in a while and wouldn't actually lead cheers or yells.
Additionally, what about corps block being dispersed?

Yes and yes. Corps block needs to go IMO. Don't see why they cannot be spread in with everyone else

YES TO BOTH.
No reason we can't have attractive women on the sideline.
Corps block isn't even a tradition. It's a recent invention and all it does is foster dissention among the student body.

Yes.
And kill it with fire.
I'm hoping you just started a huge corps block debate btw.

No on the dance team. I like the yell leaders only. Well I don't really personally, but I am scared you mess with that formula and it takes away from yelling which takes away yell practice which takes away from student participation, etc. Its a slippery slope, and not just because of a fallacy. Cheerleading/Dance teaming (probably due to some Title 9 mentality that it needed to be a competitive sport) doesn't have the same focus on the game that yell leading does. They are too focused on their routines, their script, their preparation. Yell leaders keep the focus on the yells, but I won't mind if a woman ever got elected to the position. A great compromise is if one day they are all women by election.
I am for the corps block being done away with because that is the more traditional position. I think it is good for both the corps and the students for both to intermingle more. Plus I would love for the camera men to have to work harder, as now they get so lazy during our games.

I don't know anyone that supports Corps Block. I definitely don't remember any posters here that do because the debate already would have happened, I think that issue is probably the only one we all agree on

Yes and Yes
Split ADT into two corners, make sure yell leaders are the only ones active during yells, and I don't have a problem with it.

That is a pretty good solution.

You mean do I support reversing a mistake perpetuated by Malon Sutherland, Ted Hopgood, Ray Bowen, and Wally Groff?
YES!!!
Downvote me all you want, but the Corps Block is a 19-year mistake.

Van Alstyne should be listed there as well.

Van Alstyne continued it, but it started in fall 1996.

Yes. If we can handle both Yell Leaders and the ADT at Reed Arena, Kyle Field is plenty big enough for both of 'em.

No. Keep corps block.

If you ever went to Kyle prior to 1996, you wouldn't want Corps Block at all.
It allowed the cadets to actually interact with their classmates in tandem, uniform or not.

I did. More times than I can count.

Plenty of opportunities for that through the week. A football game is only a few hours long.
I enjoyed going to games with my buddies/outfit.
