I’m not sure if they will still be playing that way anymore b/c Rocky Long left to go be the DC at Syracuse. They replaced him w/their CB coach Troy Reffett who has been a DC four times previously; ‘02-‘03 UTEP, ‘08 New Mexico, ULM ‘09-‘14, and UNT ‘16-‘19.
I know he also runs a 3-3-5 but beyond that?

Why the frick are we playing an 11 AM kickoff against ACU? SEC schools get to choose the kickoff times for SECN+ games.

I've never understood the hatred for scheduling football games earlier, when it is cooler, and in such a way that your afternoon is then free to do something productive.
If it were up to me, I would prefer that every game be either at 10:00am or after dark.

Yeah I have no issue playing an ACU at 11am, gives me an opportunity to enjoy the rest of my day and watch other teams play

No reason to be playing a team like ACU after 9 or 10pm once the weather is nice.

Well I’ve got tequila in me. But I’ll add my two cents … and being a former O Line guy - the O Line is the key and that was the case in Johnny’s year. So I’m not sold yet … but I’ve got a glass ready - I want to see domination of lesser opponents… loved the swamp kings series … you gotta want to kill your opponents and be the alpha.
