Tresell was on another a-hole plane entirely. It was like he transcended asshollery to the point that he was able to control it and give perfect answers and come off as a nice guy. The Senator was the perfect name for him. I actually stand in awe of him. Tom Herman, on the other hand, is too transparently an a-hole. That bizarre interview on Houston radio was actually topped by his recent pre-Memphis interview where his broiling media-hate was rolling off of him in almost visible waves. If he can't reign that in it's going to be a bumpy ride for him here in Austin.

Herman is a control freak and has had previous run-ins with the media. Apparently he told players/parents to not talk to the media, and predictably at least one parent did. So now everyone's roasting him.

He's had 3-4 run-ins I believe, as has his wife.
I think he's a little too short fused and talks before thinks too often for the texas job. It just takes a special personality to not implode.

could have had something to do with him hiring one of briles assistants. plenty of their fans have voiced their concerns on social media.
