Really pumped about the defense. Just thinking about what it will look like when the suspensions and injuries are cleared up has me rather excited. I'm hoping that Weeden and the defense can carry us to a .500 record until Romo gets back.

Yeah I didn't either it was good to see Brady limping off the field holding his ribs though. This defense is good just need the offense to help out some

Yeah I was actually pleasantly surprised by the defensive performance. If our O had a pulse it'd be a different story, but that's asking for a lot with Captain Checkdown at the helm.

thankfully, captain check down has checked out. we need to be around .500 when romo and dez return. EVERY aspect of our team will improve. in the meantime, i hope cassel can back some people out of the box, that shite's killin us. atlanta caught on that we couldn't go deep and ate us up in the second half of that game and everyone else has followed suit.

sounds like the sport of football in general. i wouldn't think those traits are exclusive to cowboys fans.
