where are you seeing that?

OK - after getting a couple of downvotes - you guys broke my heart... so I was going to expound on my comment with some perspective to create a couple of discussion points.
First the good - I do believe we need a bunch of OL and I also believe that they can be the hardest to grade for future success because a college S&C program can do wonders for them. I've seen some linemen start for A&M that had very low rankings and were good players...but I've also seen guys like the ones that started on our 2012 OL that were highly rated. Therefore, I do subscribe to the theory that higher ranked prospects do have a greater degree of success from a statistical standpoint.
Where my concern lies is that we are filling up our class rather quickly and the last few commitments were kinda average 3 star players that I'm having a hard time getting excited about. At most we can take is 25 so if we fill it up quickly then we are stuck and miss out on late bloomers or trying to get undecided higher ranked players... and I think we did a great job on Feb 2 considering where we were after the early signing period.
Also mentioned constantly here is that we were going to be top 3 or top 5 rated class - according to the class calculator ... it's going to be very hard to get there with mid tier 3 stars. Is there something off in my comment with respect to that statement?
I'm not trying to be a Debbie downer...I'm just trying to generate some discussion points and don't want the sunshine pump that we can find on TA. That's why I like it here and I respect the more reasonable viewpoints from you guys. I also understand the trust in Jimbo but I think it was him saying we were going to have a top rated class as well?

We just got Green last weekend, the top rated player in the state and a top 15 nationally.
We can take up to 29 this class because we only took 23 last class and had 2 enroll early.
I don’t think we end up with a top 3 class unless we managed the double digit wins this season, I see us being in the 5-10 range.

That coming from TA? A Clemson 247 mod put in a crystal ball pick for the good guys last night.

Pay attention to offers, not just the grade from the services.

We're lucky we missed out on that kinda average 3 star OL. I'd hate to fill the class up so early with players like that.

Rayburn hasn’t tweeted anything in five days.
