Didn't the 2017 Butkus winner only weigh 205 pounds his senior year?

Will he get eaten alive more than the walk ons that currently reside on our depth chart?

Have you taken a gander at what our LB room will look like next year? A G5 kid is an upgrade right now

Looks like TA and TA-North are both down. They are run from the same servers....what a day to not be prepared.

Yeah, because this is the first Top 5 recruiting class Jimbo has put together as a head coach and he's still learning on the fly.

That seems like an odd statement to make.

I’m not sure he though he’d recruit at this level here so quickly. A big part of the equation is the Mickey Mouse operation in Austin and I can’t imagine Fisher knew he’d essentially have his pick of players that cane down to A&M and Texas.

Demarvin Leal and Brian Williams were jaw dropping when they committed. Even Liucci said it was shocking. Nobody expected to nut punch Herman like this.

An upgrade to our depth players, that is. Starters still look pretty solid.

Is the deer that gets hit by a Volvo doing 60 better off than the one hit by a F-250?

Herman is a tool and everyone thought this would happen

You’ve lost your mind. The only reason he’s held on to what he has is because of some fluke lucky wins. If he’s 7-5 he’s barely holding on to a top 20 class right now

This class is great and this is all in hindsight. I’m just saying, going forward, we need to remember that we could have signed almost 20 national top-350 players if not for taking some reached early in the cycle.

Doesn't Trainor still have room to grow bigger?

Bill Parcells: If they want you to cook the dinner, at least they ought to let you shop for some of the groceries.

I've heard Jimbo say a few times how the staff likes to see how a prospect reacts to their coaching style at camps and workouts. Different staffs are going to see these players in different ways.

Sometimes I am part of a group interviewing job applicants for the company I work for. My view is not always in sync with others. Just the way it is when you are trying to project how a player/employee is going to fit in and perform for your organization.

He's 6'7", 330. He's already plenty big. But we beat out the likes of Kansas and LaTech for him.

I really wonder why the hamsters at TexAgs crapped out

Can’t be near as much traffic today as some of the other big days this year
