I saw the screen shot of a thread he started the other day. Seemed like everyone was split on him. I don't think Speedy leaving is a big deal at all. He just doesn't have it mentally.

At this point, if what I'm told is even somewhat true, I'd be way less comfortable if he stayed.
He has a serious drinking problem among other personal vices (he likes women quite a bit and this was something known from his time at UH) and his arrogance hurts him.
The rest I won't post unless he is fired or leaves because it is pretty serious stuff.
