Is it OK to copy a post from TCU247? If not, their mod said Luper is not leaving.

Right now you can copy from classified documents and its cool as long as it has juicy info.

Jeremy Clark on the TCU/247 board just posted this:
********************************************
Bunch of stuff out there, what I can say on my end is that I've had at least one person I trust that he's heard Meacham has accepted the job at A&M.
Now, I would also like to add that I trust this source very, very .much. But, I am still cautious with saying Meacham is 100% gone.
What I can say is Luper is not going anywhere as some reports have mentioned. If Meacham leaves, Luper would likely get promoted to Co-OC. He is already an Associate Head Coach.
Once I get something more concrete regarding Meacham, I'll pass it along.

One thing events like this does is reveal who has reliable sources. If they don't, I'd question just what people are paying for. Any intelligence that Meacham signed anything, or not, either a contract with A&M or a big counteroffer raise from TCU?

Liucci sticking to his guns with Mazzone, saying a deal could get done today. Also saying Woodward from UW is the new AD

Man, after all the Meacham hype today, a Mazzone signing would be a gut punch.

TA put a more official thing out for Woodward also. I know nothing about the guy, UW has always been a pretty mediocre athletic department to me for the resources they appear to have or should have

I also forgot they've held on to Lorenzo Romar for like 6 years since his last tourney appearance

There is zero reason for UW to be bad at basketball

The only blemish I can think of on Woodward's record would be hiring Sark at UW. But Sark may not have fallen off the wagon while there.

i think we were talking more about football and basketball and that type of stuff. no reason for washington to have the 15 years that they have had in football
