foster blew off coming to the LSU game because of a "night time film session" with his team. i get it, OU mods are hamm and EJ like. but, just reading the room, does seem like OU has a better chance than we do

Its a pretty simple concept. It means that we have LBs coming back next year. I.E. Aaron Hansford. And yes I heard it from him and he deleted that tweet so he probably said too much.

Hansford coming back would make sense since he has limited film and experience at the position. Would be nice

I'm glad he's coming back. It'll be interesting to see who else emerges in the LB room. I hope some other guys show out from Andre White Jr. class

Of course, this is true. But I am surprised that this could be happening. This has been his only season as a full time starter at LB.
It's just that players seem to rarely conclude that returning for another year could improve their draft position. This would make him an outlier of sorts.
He's effective on the blitz. Has a knack for finding a path through a gap to pressure the QB. He was the one that chased Nix down and dragged him to the ground on the last play to punctuate the win at AUB.

Next year will be Hansford and White and Cooper, with others having a chance to make a push, too. Nobody knows yet, but there is good talent on campus for someone to step up and develop.
(Some guy on TexAgs claimed that Hansford, Hocker, and Myles Jones are all seriously considering returning.)

I hope McCollum does as well. The center position is very unclear next season if he doesn't and we're only about a 2 1/2 deep on the OL as it is.
Jones I'm not sure about. I want to see Josh Moten or Brian George emerge.
