It really is. We haven't had a DE ranked this highly since Madubuike but he was never really a DE projection. You have to go back to Myles to top Harris.

Texas lost Quay Davis, but was able to get Van Fillinger shot up about 200 spots and into 4 star status to keep their inflated rankings hanging on a little longer.

Those 4 and Shepherd would fill up the empty spots assuming Jefferson is not part of the class, correct? Would be an awesome finish though I wish we could get Hayes instead of Shepherd.
Also wonder if something happens with Jackson if we land both Smith and Achane since we seem to be selling Achane on RB. I like Jackson’s film though and he’s a take IMO if he wants in. We need quality depth at RB
