Seriously it is. Down here every one pulls out the LSU schedule to book their dates. Absolutely no one books home games if you do then they're the a-hole and they will know about it. Then, on away games you'll notice theres multiple weddings or showers that day. Especially bye weeks. It seems like all women go straight for the bye weeks.

As someone who did that...trust me...it doesn't work that way.

Ditching Miles for Steele would be one of the worst decisions in CFB history. Obviously I'm hoping they go that route.

People behind me at bar are talking about Les. Arguing really. It's quite funny as this lady is about to go medieval on anyone defending him. I'm at a classy place

I have the triple-whammy: I got legally married while on R&R leave from Iraq...on her birthday...so that she would be taken care of if something happened to me, then we had our "official wedding" in February in front of friends and family...right after Valentine's Day.

Eh, well not everyone. A buddy on a bike racing team I previously raced with scheduled his wedding in November. I half-heartedly griped about it in the presence of all team members, and they all looked at me like I was a lunatic. Bike racing runs from March through October, and January-February are dedicated to putting in training miles. Which I knew, but have been out of it long enough not to think like that. Most of them are football fans, but priorities is priorities.

Weather forecast is looking better than it did a couple days ago. Hopefully, the weather won't be miserable like the last time we played in BR

I was there too. That weather helped the ticket prices drop significantly throughout the day. It's how I got in for $20 from a guy at a tailgate spot by ours that decided him and his young son weren't going in. I gladly handed him $40 so that me and the SO at the time could sit 15-ish yard line about halfway up the lower bowl.

I just hope it's warmer and less windy than Nashville was this past weekend. I really could've used my puffy jacket, but I left it here at home. Doh!

Here's a fun little fact, outside of David Cutcliffe, the two other head coaches that Joe Alleva has hired went a combined 13-90.

That is a fun fact but I don't think you need to be an incompetent AD to screw this up. Striking gold is rare; breaking the sewer line seems much more common. Just look at recent history. NC and UF were extremely lucky. USCw, Tennessee x2, texas, Nebraska, and hell, A&M w/ RC. Basically anybody who had a 9- or 10-win coach fired ended up being worse, and not just in year 1 or 2.

My hope and dream is LSU pulls the plug on the most successful coach they've ever had. But for now I'll settle on the discussion, fake or not, going on all week.

No but Alleva's horrible track record of hiring head coaches does increase the likelihood that he'll screw this up.

I'm just saying bro, tires don't get your dick wet, unless you need to drive somewhere to do so.
