for those that don't know, Netum Steed is being replaced with a West Campus facility. AggieAthletics did a short vid on how it's going. Nothing too exciting but it's nice to see they are actually publicizing it. Be curious if/when they get a donor and name for it.

Our country needs him up there right now! Those B-2's don't fix themselves.
(Plus he has to make sure that Mizzou is staying on the straight and narrow SEC path and not flirting with the B1G again)

Took a little more than two months to get to this point and we have a little more than 7.5 months until the season starts. Should start seeing the new 1st deck on the East side coming together this month.

That first deck is going to go up faster than many probably expect. Given that our chosen construction method for the expanded and renovated portions of the stadium is steel and not poured concrete, the footing and foundation work is the most time-consuming part. Now the concourse build-out and the build-out of the Founder's Suites on that side will take longer, but we ought to see the majority of the East First Deck in place by the end of next month. By that time they will have most of the SE Activation Tower up too. I don't know their plans for the new East Press Box and overhang; they have the new reinforced concrete supports for it finished, but they may have to time construction of the box around work on the first deck or concourses.

Looks like the lockerrooms and coaches' offices are getting an overhaul. Not surprising.

Athletic officials are pursuing a $15 million renovation of the Bright Football Complex, which includes the A&M football locker room, training rooms, meeting rooms and coaches' offices.

Is the east 1st deck going to be lower than the 1st deck of the NE corner of the zone, to where that large wall will be exposed, kinda like UF has where it says "welcome to the swamp"? Or will it be the same slope and flush with the level of the zone and just extend further down lower and closer to the field?
