They're against abortion, but they're also against contraception, however they're aren't against sex before marriage and they're quite ok with other people paying for their 5 kids. I'm not. And I'm pro choice.

Who said anything about isolation? And we're not homogenous, but the more alike we are the more we see ourselves as fellow Americans. That's pretty much a biological fact. The reason we have so much racial tension is precisely because the proverbial pot hasn't been melting.

That doesn't make any sense. If I disagree with my neighbor's political views, religion or social stances, that doesn't make him/her any less American. We are a free country, and that gives us the right to disagree.
The last guy who wanted a homogenous society ended up killing Jews all over Europe.

First off, the mixture of different people is not the reason we have racial tensions. That's a whole other topic that I don't want to get into since you'll probably disagree with my answer. Secondly, society changes all the time. It's part of life. Either get with the system or build a fence around your property and cut yourself off from everyone else. That's the only solution to your 'problem'.

You wouldn't support it because you don't believe in such foolishness. You're not a racist so it's not in your interest to vote that way.
But would you vote to expand Obamacare or bailout the current student debt? I sure as hell don't and I will use my vote to help prevent both.

I'm not familiar with what they spend money on. I do know they offer free college tuition to public universities, but other than that I'm not too familiar.

It would be in my interest to keep more of my paycheck, but that doesn't mean I would support legislation carving out for me an exemption from all taxes. That just wouldn't be fair. Some things you support because you believe it to be the right thing to do.

It would help if president elect would realize that a wall won't work. Our border is too big to patrol and all a wall does is increase the prices of drugs, which in turn increases crimes domestically.
Enforcing our laws at a local and state level is the only way this will work. Force everyone to follow employment laws and make utilities/government services available to only those who can show proof of legal residence.

Do people not realize that illegal immigrants don't "cross the border" anymore? Most illegal immigrants come here by plane on legal visas and then just stay.
