It’s similar to the play Clemson used to beat Bama?

You can prevent unforced turnovers, which we obviously need to do, but you can't expect a true fish qb who's facing new, devious blitzes and relentless pressure behind a shaky OL to avoid all of them.
As far as the o-line goes, I don't think Sumlin will bring out the all freshman line in this one. He only did it once against USCe and it went 3 and out for negative yardage.

almost exact same play except cooper missed his assignment. just thought it was funny with how much bitching we saw from bama over that pick play.

You watch. May be closer!

I'd love for you to be right, but I'd be absolutely shocked if you were. Alabama beat their last 2 opponents by roughly one hundred thousand to three. Meanwhile, we needed a 4th quarter comeback at home to take the lead against South Carolina. Just not seeing it, Holmes.
My honest goals for the night are that we 1) keep it within 30 and 2) don't lose Mond to an injury. I'm worried about the second. Our OL has been pretty meh in pass protection, and we haven't exactly faced a murderer's row of defenses. Alabama is going to crash a wave of large, steroid-abusing freaks into Mond on play after play.

Did I read correctly that Bama has 0 turnovers this year? 0?

I hope they have been saving them all up for us

It's gotta happen. Tomorrow would be a fine time for it.

I hope so, I promised myself I wouldn't get my hopes up, but dang it we are long due for an impossible upset

I'm just interested to see if we can compete with these guys.

We will lose, but I do see a competitive first half. Let's not forget that our boys briefly held a lead against Alabama last year.
Second half, it'll get a bit out of hand. 45-21

Sold my tickets to Bama before UCLA for a nice bundle of cash, told myself it was strictly a smart financial decision. Nothing to do with the fact that I pictured us not having a chance......
Well now I can pick up seats dang cheap and take my kids while still pocketing most of the difference.
So i either have to admit it was as much about avoiding personally witnessing a blood bath or I need to man up and get tit the game
