I really dunno. I imagine all big programs have this problem to an extent. I'm not sure how you'd avoid it. We seem to have more dysfunction than most but that's probably because I'm closer to it and see it daily.
Is it time for the tArk cartel to knock on some doors???

The problem is the type of people who have the kind of money needed to be influential didn't get it by being passive type-b personalities. These are highly motivated, narcissistic type-a alpha dogs who don't know the meaning of "no".

I don't think we're any more dysfunctional than other teams desperately trying to be a top program, we're just aggy as shite and easy to hate, so when we DO frick up everybody vents.

I don't think you're completely FOS, I just don't think it's so cut and dry that everyone agrees. I'm sure there's influential people pushing back at firing him as well. I don't think our circle is tight enough that everyone will agree and move in unison from what little I know and have heard about our boosters

Okay, time for me to bite the bullet and ask the dumb question i've been wondering since last year: BMA = ???
For the longest time I was trying to make something out of Big Man, but couldn't make the A work. Just now realized it probably stands for Big Money Almuni, but I see it so often, I wanted to be sure

I've seen it and maybe only laughed twice. It's as overrated as Monty Python and The Holy Grail.
