I still cant believe the shear fricking stupidity of that dude. I mean who posts that, and not only that, but who posts that as a fricking facebook status

“I was on campus in Austin at the time of the tragedy, attended every vigil held on campus with UT students and A&M students who drove over from College Station. A very sad time for both institutions.”
this is what easily angers me the most. first off, if you really did, you would have never made a post like this in the first place. second of all, just because you went to a vigil doesn't mean you can say whatever the frick enters your moron head
they use this fricking bullshite as a way to feel better about themselves and get a warped sense of moral superiority over us "see, WE had a vigil and donated blood for them when their stupid bonfire fell, they would NEVER do that for us"

Did anybody not expect this type of stuff to start being said when they announced the 12 seat thing? I understand this guy is an AAD but still, we opened the door for this shite to start by not thinking this idea through.
Posted on 2/21/14 at 4:55 pm to WhiskerBiscuitSlayer
I can go either way on whether or not we do the seats. but if we don't, it better not be because we are afraid of getting comments like this. we shouldn't let pieces of shite dictate what we do

Yeah, zero chance that happened

That dude funking hates us, holy shite. Also I'm calling bs on the kids who supposedly drove from CS to Austin to do a vigil with UT students. I mean I'm sure some Austin alums were there but come on.
That was the classic "I can say it because I have black friends/gay friends/etc" type of response

Edit: I seem to recall a Rant poster (goldennuggett, I believe) who works for TCU.

I can actually tell you that we bused around 500 students down there to a vigil that they put on in place of the hex rally. I'm sure we didn't have kids driving there for it but we did have some go.

want to know whats makes this even more pathetic? this sad piece of shite didn't even come up with the hateful things he said. the cock just copied and paste some shite that was on OB

TCU had this to say about it
quote:
“Comments made by TCU employees on their personal social media accounts do not represent the University,” the university said in a press release. “Greg has apologized for this post on his personal Facebook page. We expect our employees to behave in an appropriate manner. This behavior clearly does not live up to our standards.”
Featherston, who claims he was in Austin at the time of the tragic event in 1999 and "attended every vigil held on campus with UT students," had this to offer as an apology:
“It was not my intention to disrespect the fallen students or minimize the magnitude of the disaster. I sincerely apologize for the my lapse in judgment with regard to the re-post," he said in a Facebook post on Friday afternoon

So your saying that ole miss is better than LSU?

Don't cross the streams, muchacho.
So far, the Spurs are 2-11 against the NBA's elite teams including a 0-3 record against Daddy.
Losing to a team like Houston is not a coincidence. HTH.

but really what a fricking pussy. if youre going to spew this shite, man the frick up and own up to it. don't offer some half assed apology where you don't even really apologize for the shite you said

This.
Dumbass has apparently been coaxed to kill his FB account, which is a darn shame. That could have been fun. I've no idea why anyone would post something like that, and I've posted some truly stupid things. I suspect whiskey was involved... not that I'm blaming whiskey.

I would like to vouch for the fact that all of FinestFirst's references to whiskey are purely metaphorical. The man has never touched the stuff in his life.

What I don't understand is how a 38 year old-ish could ever think this shite is okay in any form or fashion... But I think rivalries has done enough already so there's that
