Garnett was traded FYI. The TWolves had to convince him so they could rebuild. He effectively blocked a trade before by refusing to negotiate an extension
So not sure why you keep including him

I feel like the current crop of NBA stars are some of the whiniest and most ungrateful assholes to come along in a while. There was nothing more annoying than Lebron trying to play the poor pitiful underdog in ever postgame interview these finals, talking about how everyone's always been against him and he's always had to come from behind to work for everything he has. No doubt the guy's worked hard, but he's been a nationally known sports celebrity since high school.
I guess it's the Emo generation or something, but I like my sports stars to act like happy badasses once in a while.

Triggered enough to remember something I posted weeks ago and going through my post history to connect dots that just aren't there.
I seriously wasn't even talking about Tilman. I'd even forgot I talked about Tilman here. I thought that was somewhere else.

Russell Westbrook comes to mind.

That contusion on his hand was just the icing on top. I'm not doubting it wasn't there, but I am doubting that it restricted his ability to play to his fullest. He probably just felt some discomfort, that is all.
This isn't the first time where it felt like he overplayed something so people could admire him more afterwards. It feels like he's really trying to have his Jordan Flu game, but always fails miserably.

you keep talking about triggers while avoiding to comment on the one that sets you off.

Fellow Texans, I'm jumping off my parent's phone plan to get a single line with unlimited data. Pretty sure I will switch from AT&T to Verison because I'm sick of having shite connection at work, home, and sporting events. Anyone have experience with both that can offer advice? Tech board came up short with a quick google search.

I usually have a little better service on Verison than AT&T, but both hit spots that don't come through very good.

What area are you in?
I travel a decent amount for work in central Texas (triangle of Houston, Dallas, San Antonio) and Verizon beats AT&T hands down here when driving around.
But there are some places like south Texas and east Texas (like deep east Texas...) that I’ve seen AT&T handle better. My boss drives all over the state and has two phones cause he’s so busy and needs to always have a working line, but his primary phone is through Verizon if that tells you anything.

Live in Houston and currently working in Texas City. And ya I figured it was pretty close with Verison having the edge. Do yall have any general complaints with Verison (i.e. apparently not being able to use the internet while on the phone was an issue at one point)?
Its sounding like I need to go Verison, but if AT&T offers a significantly cheaper deal its close enough to go with the savings.

Not anymore, I do remember that being a thing a while back but you can talk and surf now while on Verizon’s network.
Yeah I’d probably look at the deals, I’ve had several friends switch over to AT&T the last couple of years because they got great deals bundling with directtv and other stuff, while admitting Verizon probably still has slightly better coverage. Savings are too nice though.

If you're not straying away from the interstates, then T-Mobile is a good option. They've really improved their coverage in Texas. I've had strong LTE in the middle of the East Texas woods.
Having said that, their coverage still isn't on par with the big two. Once stray away from the interstate and go into Farm to Market roads, it's At&t the one you want. Verizon is a good option for speeds, but At&t is coverage king in Texas. I'd avoid Verizon due to the fact that VoLTE doesn't handoff to their 3G (lots of dropped calls when moving inside buildings). Also, their 3G can't handle simultaneous voice and web.
If price is your concern, then, Sprint One Free Year may be what you're looking for. Their speeds suck, but you can't beat free. All you pay is taxes. I seriously recommend buying an unlocked iPhone or Google Pixel and jumping around networks to see which one fits your needs.
