We broke an LSU poster tonight. He’s melting hard and making bonfires jokes. Take a look before it’s gone.

That was fun.
(And I needed some fun, cause the baseball game sucked donkey balls.)

The Commits were a nice pick me up too. I need to go read shag and get some green melt in before bed.

Something I’ve wanted to know - do coed units still have troves of grode and a cadet in charge of it, or is that too old army?

We had one on the DL when I was there. My buddies purposefully excluded me from such knowledge because they (rightfully) assumed I was going to be outfit chaplain. Seemed like it was getting phased out though. Wouldn't be surprised if it's no longer a thing now.

The Ticket is talking about Kyler Murray in the MLB draft tonight.
ESPN
quote:
Who is the biggest wild card? How about Oklahoma outfielder Kyler Murray? One of the best athletes in the 2015 draft, Murray instead enrolled at Texas A&M to play football and baseball. He later transferred to Oklahoma and is the favorite to replace Heisman winner Baker Mayfield at quarterback in the fall. He hadn't played much baseball recently, but then hit .296/.398/.556 this year with 10 home runs -- and 56 strikeouts in 51 games. The tools are juicy enough to get somebody to take him and hope he'll focus on baseball. Law has him ranked No. 35 on his Big Board.

cant believe he hit more HRs than anyone on our team. fingers crossed he gets taken in the 1st or 2nd round and never plays a down at QB for sooners.

Ended up getting picked at 9 by the A's.
So how badly do you want to come back and play for OU if you're in the 5 million range?

Just got off the phone with my dad. My mother has been hospitalized in Houston with numbness in her body and doctors think it is heart related. Please keep her in your prayers
