You know I'll take you up on that since I'm down there once a month.

Congrats. Glad for you two.

On an unrelated note, Klarvin have you started looking around here for housing and whatnot?

Yeah we've been looking, found several three bedroom rental homes for around $1100 a month. There's a couple neighborhoods where lots of residents live but we're just kind of looking all over. We don't want to buy but if I end up in fellowship or attending in Temple we will.

It's crazy, I would have never guessed just several years ago I would possibly be settling down for years in Temple

Having grown up in Temple, it's honestly not a bad place to settle down and raise a family. The area is doing extremely well economically, and is definitely cheap. Boring as all hell, but surely you already knew that

I'm always torn about the purchasing for residents. They give y'all some sweetheart deals on mortgages. Most of them end up coming out of buying making some money. One ortho resident friend of ours found out their headed to Minnesota for a year of fellowship and put their house on the market and had 2 offers in 3 days for well over what they purchased for.

It's a pretty good market right now here.

I know I joke around about the bff thing, but let me know if you want to grab some beers sometime.

It grows on you. I had no idea where Temple was when I moved here (sheltered West Texan here.) we hated it at first but after we bought a house, met people, got plugged in, and now I honestly couldn't see us moving away for any reason. We love it.

You're GD right. If all you assholes would stop clogging up 35 it could be even more boring and awesome for me.

Oh I'm done clogging I35 for the rest of my life . I enjoyed my time there and the IB program at T-High did me extremely well, but there is nothing left for me there other than beers with old friends at O'Brien's during christmas or whatever.

Beggars can't be choosers. It's got some great beers on tap and I have some buddies in a band who play there. What's wrong with it?

I don't have any problem living in Temple, it's got everything CS has minus the nightlife. It's hardly a one horse town, I just never thought I'd be living there

A fun night these days is the baby going down early and getting a movie/sexy fun time in.

Oh I completely get that. There ain't much bullshite in Temple: low traffic (I35 notwithstanding), low crime, low rent, enough places to go eat, close enough access to Austin, etc.
