Off the top of my head the best option I can think of is USTV Now. It is a free account when you sign up and it should give you access to most of the major channels via Plex:

Plaza Club maybe? It's on the top floor of the Frost Bank building downtown.

Pretty sure you have to be a member to get in over there, though. I've only been when my parents were members and with a friend who was one. Very hoity toity.
