The Tap is great on Mondays for Karaoke, and Wednesdays for Piano bar.
Ice house is a nice chill place to go.
Only went to one downtown Bryan bar for some date party, I think it was called grand theater? Had a great time, but not somewhere I would go over Northgate.
Have any of yall been to the Cowboy? We got a big group to go one night a year. Had an absolute blast, but thats another one you have to bring the party with you, unless youre from the area and know the regulars.
Velocity (Next to the Tap) had 25 cent wells on Tuesdays until 11, when you had to really break your wallet when it bumped up to 50 cent wells. So sad when they were busted for selling to minors and got shut down. The place that bought it is actually really cool, but I doubt it will survive due to the location.

Nothing has ever survived in that location. No bar or club I mean.

I can believe that. Yeah Grahams became Denim and Diamonds and a couple of other things over the years. I remember it before it "blew up and burned down" that was the hole in the wall phase, they rebuilt it into a club after that.
