Hopefully the donors do for Elko what they did for Earley.

Hopefully they open their wallets for Deuce Robinson, we'd go from an average at best WR room to open of the best in the country with Myles, Hudson, and Robinson.

WR transfer Cyrus Allen has now committed to his 2nd different school this cycle. First Tulane, now Cincinnati. Curious if he'll just continue trying to find a slightly better landing spot.

If I was an offensive player I’d rather coached by Sumrall than Satterfield but that’s just me.

Looks like we're about to add Mario Craver. He was a big recruit with a ton of offers and had a solid freshman year at State. That's a really good get.

I like what Elko has pulled so far in the portal. WR and DB were by far our biggest needs so nice to see that get addressed, still wouldn’t mind seeing another DB and hope we can sign a OL or two as well to build up depth.

I think we also need some more size in our front 7. It was way too easy to run on us all season, and we've lost more than we added. Unless we're praying for an addition by subtraction effect, we probably need a couple of guys out of the portal that can play right away.

True that we are replacing 3 guys on the D line that are going to the draft, I think we’ve got some decent options behind them but will see how they can perform next year.
I do think we’ve need better coaching on the D line. We had tons of talent, but it seems like the guys played selfishly. Ends constantly got too aggressive up field trying to get a sack and lost containment, tackles in the middle that wouldn’t eat up two blocks so a LB could make a play. Stuff like that. Maybe other teams just out schemed us and we were trying hard, but that’s my take from several of our second half of the season performances.

Former Colorado/Pitt edge rusher Dayon Hayes committed to us.
He had 2 sacks and 4 TFL in four games with Colorado before getting injured.
In four years at Pitt he played 39 games with 12 sacks and 27 TFL.

We just got a huge commitment from former NC State WR KC Concepcion.
The 2023 ACC freshman of the year, he’s the 5th highest rated player in the portal and number 3 WR.

Guess it's safe to say the staff knew our biggest weakness, our 3 highest ranked incoming transfers are receivers. Not sure if I see that the biggest need although it's top 3 without a doubt. Hope we can still get some big bodies for both O and D line.
