All home games and SEC road games will be on SECN+. You can watch on your desktop, mobile app, or an app on appltv, roku, fire, etc. I usually watch on my roku.

Olds do it more than we do. My dad is in his mid-late 70s and texts with his friends while we're at live sporting events. I feel like a parent of a teenager telling him he's missing the game in front of us.
