Yeah I really don't think we get Jones but I hope I'm wrong
I felt the same way about Chattman too. Hopefully we can both be wrong on Jones.

Jack Jones could be a 5 star WR or a 5 star CB. I know if he chose A&M it would be to be a WR, but he could see more playing time on D and go there.
I think they've said he's open to either spot and we aren't necessarily recruiting him for one or the other

I mean I hope so but I've heard that the past 3 seasons. We rarely use tight ends. It's just one of those things that I'm not gunna trust until I see it. Actions > words. I'm still in the spav offense hangover. That dude messed with my mental health
its a key to Mazzones offense, it wasnt to spavs

Oh I'm not backtracking. I could give two piles about a TE. I'd bet TEs have caught less than 30 passes each of the past 4 seasons. We don't use em. So why again do we need em?

No one has an offer from Yale. Ivy League schools don't grant athletic scholarships

I would not argue with this statement if Jake Spavital was still running the A&M offense. But that is not the case any longer.
Mazzone has a history of using this position more than Spavital. I suspect we will see more multiple sets out of Mazzone, specifically: 1 RB, 4 WR; 2RB, 3 WR; and 1RB, 1TE, 3WR. He'll probably experiment with these in spring ball/fall camp to see how well we execute out of them.

The Ivies have don't charge all students the same tuition. It is supposed to be correlate with how much your folks are worth. I don't know if they give athletic scholarships or not, but I suspect they ratchet down what they charge recruited players, if they do not.

The only schools I got looks from in football were academic first schools. Some just make it easier to qualify for an academic scholarship. There are definitely ways around it.
