Meh, give me a kid like this any day. Highly rated QB recruits haven't worked out for us lately.
I know it is an indication that we might be down to plan C,D and F but I for the moment I choose to be happy about getting another QB.

Kyke Allen worked out fine, Sumlin just fricked him sideways. He'd be the best SEC QB heading into next season.

I like the kid. We are now in a decent position with Stark redshirting & Hoob - Knight battling out for QB1. Martel coming in Spring 2017.
It sucks about Irv. He's going to be a player even without a QB or good offense. Getting Moss will take away the pain though.

If this was some three star LB with that offer list then it wouldn't be the same. But I think schools like TCU prove lower rated QBs in the right system can excel.
Just the potential that he might stay longer than two years is exciting.
