I think it's a bigger sign that Texas can't get these kids while our program is imploding

Blacklock is a stud but signing TD moton eases the pain a bit. Our DT room is young and talented.

Well looks like the rest of the conference is doing well but not us. Gonna be a rough year methinks

Smokinaces posted that our bagmen were talked back from the ledge and he expects a strong close to this class. The cash is flowing again.

at other blue blood programs, recruiting is backed more consistently. Hopefully it's sinking in that regardless of how you feel about the coach or what is currently happening, the next regime needs talent too.

I assume that means that the following players are still in play:
Jones
Cuffee
Hudson
Monroe
McCollough
Starkel
I can't think of anyone else, realistic or not, that we could close with.

The transfers we got coming in this year will help ease the pain a little. You add Keith Ford, Trevor Knight, Priest Willis and Moton to the mix and it is almost like we are adding a top 10 class. Schools like Baylor and TCU built their teams by adding talented transfers in the Big 12. Auburn and Ole Miss have been pretty good at this in the SEC.

I am very excited to see Ford in Mazzone's O.

Is Moton really a transfer or is he more like Kellen Heard, who signed with but never enrolled with Miami?

with Ford and Knight we have the 2013 OU players

Yeah, I think it's definitely an indictment of Strong as a recruiter. Texas has the 5th highest ranked recruiting class in the state right now. That's horrendous.

Don't you go trying to get Monroe
Posted on 1/13/16 at 8:37 pm to Captain Crown
Bra, unless our bag men come on strong, I don't like our odds with Monroe. last I heard we're strapped for cash with 30 oil and those with cashflow are mad at Summy.

Gotta get that ole miss shite going on
Posted on 1/13/16 at 9:37 pm to Captain Crown
IDK how they haven't gotten caught yet. They're the ultimate lil bro to the heavy hitters in the SEC West with a tiny arse stadium, in a tiny arse town, with a crap university that is racists a shite.

If they get Gary it's just got to happen
