The two tears = laughing to the point of tears. One drop of water = sweating/nervous but not in a bad way (hence, the smile to go along with it).

I like your enthusiasm. I'm still holding out hope that Boyd and Hill are trolling everyone by making them think they're going to tu. That totally makes sense with how Boyd's recruitment has gone.
