While I agree, she went on the visit and loved it as well. Supposedly gave Malik her blessing to go there if he wants.

I find it funny people are melting about this. Malik's comment apparently was something along the lines of if we don't have a DC by the time he announces, he'll go to UCLA.
But I have trouble thinking about that statement without it coming across as "I'm going to A&M unless..." And honestly if we don't have a hire in place (I think we will) you have the conversation with him and explain why. It shouldn't be a very difficult objection to overcome.

Aaron Wallace Jr.- played last year, but not much this year. Looks like special teams.
2013
Isaac Savaiinaea - looks about the same as Wallace. Only 8 tackles, but 2 for loss.
2014
Kenny Young - 5 starts this year.
Zach Whitley - played the least out of the 4. Only entered in 9 games.

I said this last year but the fact that Kirk Merritt is not a 5-star is beyond dumb to me. Look at this and tell me he's not. He doesn't have Speedy's change of direction but elite top end speed (better than Speedy IMO - he looks almost Cooper-esque the way he gets separation), good vision, fights for yards. Love, love, love the way he blocks too

We just got 2 CBs

So from Sept to Nov all CBs went UO. Now in Dec we just got 2 CBs for A&M.

The effort he gives on every play - whether involved in the play or not - is phenomenal. More impressed with his tape than Christian Kirk's. Plus, Louisiana HS football > Arizona HS football.
