Yesterday, we were down early. As I drove to a sports bar, we came within 1. I watched intently from that point on, and....

Today, did not turn game on until I saw we were in extra innings. I walked into the kitchen and the walk off was scored.

What to do tomorrow....

Will not turn on the tv tomorrow

Yep, yesterday was one of the very few games I got to watch on tv this year. From no on it's all Dave South.

Well, now there's 3 possible explanations for yesterday's demise that I am aware of:
1] Yours
2] Farmer was at the game
3] Finest did something unusual with his bourbon

Did you have Tennessee folks over? Did they talk you into some butt chugging?

frick yeah, boys. We pushed it to game 3. 1 win away from Omaha.

The TCU fans absolutely hated the bubbles and I don't blame them. It would be annoying as well. The best part was at the end when everyone was walking through the maze of shitty GA there was constant bubble at the top and bottom that you walked through. Game 2 I was in the middle of a group of 8ish recent TCU grads. They made a little noise but were harmless. I gotta stay my Rant training kept me easily rustle free all weekend. I wish I was going back for the rubber match, but the whole job thing gets in the way.

Awesome, just FYI LSU fans were letting loose with bubble machines after runs scored at the Box tonight

I'm an aspiring alcoholic, so no worries there. I only go neat. My critical mistake was drinking Merlot instead of bourbon because it was there. Knob Creek and nothing else for me tomorrow.

SafetySam forgot to mention how we overcame the jinx of one of our F-1 classmates, who may or may not have been there. He's the ultimate frontrunner T-shirt fan. But we kicked his arse with our positive mojo. You're welcome.

Since Farmer was there today, this narrows yesterday's problem down to 2.

That's OK. Well done today. We have a few F-1 guys there tomorrow to bring it home.

While it matters none, our RPI is up to 4 behind UM, UF, and LSU. We have reached 50 wins, which we've only done 4 over times in '88, '89, '93, and '99. 2 were regionals finals (old format) and 2 trips to the CWS.

I just don't wanna be the 1 of the 5 SEC teams that doesn't make it. UF, Arky, LSU are all in. You've gotta believe Vandy will be after that first game beatdown and what they have for pitching. With Stubblefield and A&M bats I like our chances.
