These are the three new commits expected today. Done barring any surprises. Luckily we have several big targets that wont be signing today.

These two might be my favorites so far. Living in Memphis and with a bunch of buddies that are Memphis grads and fans, they really thought they had a chance, especially given that Norvell just hired the Cordova High coach.

After a year of shitty football and hearing the Memphis folks chirp all year, it's good to see Pruitt only need 2 weeks to remind them who daddy is

Brant Lawless and Greg Emerson get instant VFL status for sticking with their commitments through all of the turmoil IMO. I know there are others that did but Lawless and Emerson are big time guys that probably had options

Juco Tight end Dominick Anderson picked Tennessee over Bama. Huge get and need.

Yeah that's big time. I'm not sure what we have coming back to replace Wolf but I'm sure it's lukewarm slaw.

I think we are getting another juco tonight iirc

Jordan Allen is trending heavy towards the VOLS tonight. Looks to be an olb. 3 to play 3.

What's the cliff's notes on the Vols signings today my peeps? My wife (classy Vol lady) asking me for the rundown and there weren't a lot of posts on the main crootin' board. Looks like discussion for you guys was here outside of the Juco TE.

We kept all the players we already had committed, added a 4* RB, 4* OL, 4* TE, and a 3* QB ( who NFL scouts are drooling over, apparently).

Looks like we're gonna add another 4* JUCO DE here in a couple hours.

Not bad for 13 days on the job. Plus, lot of 4-5*s are visiting in January, none of which had us on the radar 2 weeks ago. And I think JJ Peterson is a VOL LOCK.

Pretty much this. January should be an exciting month when Pruitt get back and finishes rounding out the staff. Iirc we have ~10 spots left, so there should be a lot of movement.

11 if we tell Grant to GIT, 12 if we break Litaker's heart ( I really hope we don't, fwiw).

Jumped from 58th to 31st in the composite rankings today.

I might actually get RTFU if we don’t take Litaker. Oakland is good for at least 1-2 SEC caliber players per class, they’re one of the last schools we need to damage our relationship with (Murfreesboro in general might be the single most important city for in state talent)

I think we're going to find a way to keep him, but Grant can GIT

Lord knows we will take any extra body we can find that can play linebacker now.
