What Impressed Me About Alabama

Their tenacity and performance under pressure. They made all the right plays when they had to on offense and defense. There is a resiliency there that was really notable and I think that is ultimately a reflection of your coach.
I know Alabama isn’t dominating like they were under Saban, but Bama has a good coach and a resilient team. Bama fans would make a mistake by not sticking with DeBoer. Congratulations and that was a well earned victory. LSU outgained Alabama by 180 yards and moved up and down the field, but Alabama was the better team because they made the plays that mattered when they had to.
Very impressed. Congrats. I hate it.

LSU is a great program with great resources. Kiffin will have them right back in contention next year.

Thanks. Classy comment. I was mad that we couldn’t make the plays we needed to, but I have to tip my cap to Alabama for making all the plays. So frustrating to watch.

A few plays were the difference considering LSU success on offense today.. Thin line for sure

Respect. Hate the rivalry is being set aside.
Even post Saban this is a game that makes CFB still worth it.

It's really hard to get used to Wommack's soft coverage, bend don't break defense...not what we're used to, but at the end of the day how many points the opponent scores is all that matters, not yardage given up...but it's very frustrating to watch.

LSU played like complete shite. That's the only reason we won.

I mean, I don’t think LSU is magically going away.

DeBoer doesn't have the record he has in big games because he's some idiot..... The guy can coach and he's only been doing it for 5 seasons at the P4/P5 level. Anybody calling for him to be fired is a fool. As with any job, you get better at your craft with more experience.
It's not perfect and I do believe he has a major issue on his staff (Grubb), but he wins way more big games than he loses at a pretty high clip. I believe he's an OC away from taking this thing to the next level.
