Imagine living in Oklahoma and then trying to throw shade at literally any other state. That might work when y'all play the University of Somalia but otherwise everyone just laughs at you.

I am not a young person and in all my years I have never met anyone who was from Alabama nor has anyone I know ever gone there for say a vacation.

I passed through it once because it was between where I was and where I was going but that's pretty much it.

Besides a reputation for football does that state have ANY redeeming qualities?

You should visit the mountains of Fort Payne, and listen to some Mountain music by the group Alabama.

Or visit the crystal white sands of gulf shores or orange beach. Be sure to check out the Flora Bama when there’s a concert

I drove through Oklahoma on my way to Colorado this summer. Stopped at a gas station /liquor store/ casino in Bumfuk Oklahoma, unfortunately that was the only place within 60 miles to buy fuel. Had a stale Snickers bar, saw three meth heads fighting over who was going to pay for their gas. We drove around the state coming home.

Oklahoma has neither. And there really never has been a single person to say "I went to Oklahoma to vacation".

No one even moves there unless they're broke and they have to.

You need to get out more. The whole Bama coast books out 6+ months in advance for the summer.

You're from Oklahoma so that doesn't surprise me. Literally the entire Midwest comes to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for vacation. Those Yankee fricks need to go back home and stay there.

The only people who vacation in Alabama are those that can't afford to go to upscale beach towns.

Ambience.

Why rub elbows the the peasants and ghetto dwellers when you can afford not to.

OKC is even an ugly city… the only thing nice Oklahoma has is broken bow… and a great steak in meers…. But 99% is crap.
