Where did that start with the Arches?
EDIT: Never Mind. I found it - The Corps Plaza Memorial (or right next to that and the WWI and Spanish American war memorials). I thought when I went to the campus that I walked down that way, but I didn’t remember something like that with the Arches.
Also, do they at least have a fire truck following nearby? I was waiting for wind to shift flames into the trees they were walking under.

I don’t typically pile on the Aggies, and I pull for them over UT. But to answer the above: it’s obviously all of the above. That pretty much sums it up.
