Forgive me if I'm reading more into your one word post, but assuming this is an accurate read, it's just garbage.
He said he doesn't look like a #1 RB... I think the film disagrees with him. I think it looks better than Najee or Cam's footage last year at a minimum. Not to say he will be better than them, but his highlight footage looks better to me and I liked both of those guys as well.

They’re jealous that we have the #1 and #3 RBs who will push LSU’s shite in next year. At home I might add, it will be embarrassing for the coonasses.

Winning combination for a RB. None of his attributes are particularly special but he's an all-around great back it seems.
ETA: dude has a nasty stiff arm and his straight line speed is awesome.

40 times can vary from HS to NFL Combine for many reasons that are not all bad. My favorite reasons are, Increased weight due to muscle mass and bone density. The body needs time to develop which is why a great S&C program is important.
I believe White will play early like Swift, but give that kid some time in our S&C program and he’s going to be a tank! A fast tank like Gurley. I think I remember reading somewhere that a player said guys were afraid to hit him...(Gurley). I can’t wait to watch!
