Chris Steele
Kaiir Elam
Deyavie Hammond
Keon Zipperer
Lloyd Summerall
+1 DL (don't see us landing one of Bogle, Handy, Pickering or Eboigbe unfortunately)
+1 DB (would like John Dixon, but think we got on him too late)

WR and S boards were disasters this year.

Don't take my words personally. They're coming from a place of envy, not malice. Y'all are in the mix for everybody right now and we're sitting here hoping Bama's class fills up to the point that they won't have room for our top remaining targets.

Alabama is at 24. Probably going to lose 1 guy. Our number is 29 more than likely. 30 if we get a big name we are on the fence for and gray shirt someone.

No way we will overcome a Bama class w/ 28-30 in it. But I think we finish w/ 25 (6 slots left) and we get

Haselwood
Stevenson
Wright
Sanders
Possibly Dean
Possibly Neal

If we dont get Neal or Dean then Im not sure whos the back up.

All teams post where you stand in recruiting and give a prediction on how you finish.

Ishmael Sopsher
Kayvon Thibodeaux
Trey Sanders
Nakobe Dean
Evan Neal
Noa Pola-Gates or Jordan Battle or Henry To’oto’o

You forgot to add Nolan Smith as a flip to our class.

I don’t get this. Why hasn’t rusty or any of your UGA boys or anyone else put in a CB for Sanders to UGA?

Here's the deal. Play around with the class calculator, there are pretty big penalties to the "value add" as you go over 25 total commits. I did the math once, but it's not insubstantial. The real value of the class is in the top 5, 10, and 15 recruits.... after that, it's how far down the list do you fall to fill out the class (or overfill it).

I still am not on the "UGA is definitely signing the #1 class again" train yet... there are plenty who think it could happen, but I'm in wait and see mode personally. With that said... if UGA were to land all of the following (not saying it's happening, just a hypothetical):
Sanders
Dean
Neal

It's a 2 way win (or vice versa if Alabama were to close on all of them) due to the boost to your class and the hit to the top of the other team's class.

Either way, you're looking at 2 exceptional classes. Going to be more interested to see if any other teams stay close or if the gap widens.

I'm confused. Your screen name says you're an Alabama fan and you talked about Bama in your OP, but then you went and listed all of the guys that Georgia's getting.

Yeah! What's the deal with that?????

Actually, I think we are in it for Sanders and Dean, but I just don't see Neal in our future.

Oh, and you forgot Haselwood.

Haselwood would not surprise me in the least. I feel strongest about him.

I think you missed his point. I'm pretty sure he was laughing at the Georgia fans who think we are getting everybody we want.

naw. I'm just fricking with the Georgia fans. They've really become insufferable.

Why? I mean, because we think we can get some really good players? Some of them are repeating what our insiders are saying, and of course, some are being adamant about getting them. But, let's face it...there has been more than one player that people have said "No way you can get him!" and we got them. Clay Webb for starters.

Kipp Adams shot down the idea of taking a full class. He said 24 is the MAX but could see 23 being the magic number. Without attrition, the 2020 class will likely be even smaller. UGA has a very young roster, 70% FR and SO.

Expect to see guys encouraged to look for playing time elsewhere. Gibbs is more than likely already gone. I expect a few more DB’s to leave. Kirby will cut the fat on the roster so he can continue to recruit the best.

We are hearing we are trending hard for him. however, he canceled his OV with us this weekend. That said, he is taking his recruitment into February, and has rescheduled his visit for January.

We feel good about him right now, but by January or February....well, who knows.

We feel like we will either land Wright or flip Nester from TOSU to finish off our O-line class, my personal opinion is we have a better shot with Nester.

No argument there. All I know is Pruitt will do whatever it takes to land his OL targets. They need them in the worst way.

I just think from the stuff we are seeing we are either being trolled very hard or the kid has serious interest. Our RB coach has proven he can recruit top backs. We have had some success the last few years at the position. Our OL is young and improving. I just think,we have a shot.
